We will post information, newsletters, rally schedules, etc for Western Motor Home Association chapters.  We would prefer an electronic copy of the items to be posted.  We can scan a printed copy if you prefer, but the quality will not be as good, and the size of the file will be larger.  We have a variety of programs, so we will probably be able to use whatever you send.  Our main programs are Microsoft Office 2007, which includes Publisher, Word, Excel, Power Point.  We also have Printmaster and some other programs.  If you are using something else, contact us and we will work something out.  We will convert the files using Adobe Acrobat 8.1 so that everyone should be able to open the files on their computer.  The file sizes need to be less than three megabytes to send it to me.  Keep in mind, with a slow dial up connection, most people will start to wonder if the program is hung up if the file is much over one megabyte.
